The house is perfectly situated on the bluffs of quite south Cayucos Beach. It's on the sunny side of a point, right above a small cove, with a view of the entire Estero Bay. With private beach access and a large beachside back yard it couldn't be easier to take full advantage of all this beautiful beach has to offer. Pick one of many spots to get comfy and soak up the views. Its a favorite spot for locals going for a jog, surf, walk, or just soaking up the sun. The House is ideally located off Hwy 1 near Old Creek Rd. Cayucos pier and downtown Cayucos are about a 2 mile drive up Hwy 1, or better yet a walk down the beach. It is a perfect home base for exploring all of the Central Coast's unique beach towns and coastal gems. Or for hopping over the hill to get a taste of Paso's world class wine region.
