In the heart of California's Central Coast wine country, Loma Maria has been an evolving dream. It began when our Parents decided to make a home of the small farm house that was here. 6 kids and 37 years later, in 2020, Loma Maria was born. Offering luxury accommodations in a premier location, we are excited to share this next chapter with you!

Loma Maria sleeps 12 in 4 Suites and is perfect for families or large groups. We farm 40+ acres of wine grapes. An onsite manager residing in a separate home.

 
 
 
 

The space

Each spacious suite has a private bathroom, smart TV, mini fridge, coffee station and bath robes. They all have unique views of the property and features that make them distinctive. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready with 3 ovens, gas and electric cook tops, warming drawers, and ample refrigerator space. The open sunlit living area is perfect for reading and relaxing into the afternoon. There is a theater room with a bar for movie nights and game days. We are also big on outdoor living here on the Central Coast and the extensive grounds are a large part of what make Loma Maria so special. Surrounding the house are countless nooks and crannies to explore. There's plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet place to sit with your coffee and watch the quail pass by, or soak up the setting sun as it falls behind the hills. The large gazebo is perfect for greeting the morning sun. With our long warm season the pool is likely to draw you in at some point (the pool is not heated and the spa is heated on request). If you’d like to test your pizza making skills, let us know and we can help fire up the outdoor oven. For the game lovers like ourselves, there are cornhole boards and a full size bocce court. If you want to stay warm while doing some star gazing, you can get a bonfire going in one of our outdoor fire pits.

Property access is made simple with keyless entry. Upon booking you will immediately be emailed a personal pin number for your stay. Please save and flag this email. Your code operates the front and rear entry doors as well as the associated room door.

Loma Maria is located where the foothill begins rising over the mountains and on to the ocean. Along the Templeton Gap, where coastal air pushes through and helps give the west wide its unique qualities. We are near the intersection of Green Valley Rd. (Hwy 46 West) and Vineyard Drive. Our neighbors are some of the oldest Italian settlers to start growing wine grapes in the area. Drive in any direction and there are unique wineries scattered throughout the countryside. There are 15 within just 1 mile. The west side in particular is known for its smaller boutique producers. For fine dining and shopping, Paso Robles and Templeton are an easy 5 minute drive away. A scenic 25 minute drive to the west and you'll arrive at one of our charming beach towns or visit the spectacular Hearst Castle. Green Valley Rd., and the country roads it connects to, are world class cycling routes. There is something for everyone here and Loma Maria is a perfect home base for exploring what the Central Coast has to offer.

Loma Maria is a working ranch and vineyard. You may hear or see a quad or tractor in the vineyard, or someone working in the out buildings while onsite. This would typically only occur during the week, however is possible on some weekends. The locations of the out buildings are far enough from the home where you should not feel your privacy is a concern. Please feel free to message us if you have any specific questions regarding this.

  • The house comfortably accommodates 12 people. Upstairs there are two suites, the Master Suite with 1 king bed and another suite with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Downstairs there is also two suites, one with 1 king bed a direct access to the pool and another with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed.
